Do you possess excellent communication skills in the Dutch language and have a customer service mindset? Are you interested in working remotely from home from anywhere in Greece to avoid the daily commute to the office?
This is a remote full-time job opportunity and we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are you looking at relocating to Greece.
In this position, you will service Dutch-speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.
Responsibilities of a Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home include:
• Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutch speaking clientele
• Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, email and / or online chats
• Maintain solid customer relationships with Dutch customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
• Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations
A Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home will need to possess the following qualifications:
• Native or excellent level in Dutch
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy
Our client offers the following benefits for this Dutch Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home role:
• A competitive benefits package (salary close to twice the min salary in Greece)
• Performance or / and once-off bonuses
• Two (2) extra salaries through the year (one salary in Christmas, half in Easter, half in summer)
• Relocation package in case you reside outside of Greece (flight ticket, transfer from the airport, hotel accomodation, support to find an apartment, real estate agency fee coverage)
• The necessary equipment you need in order to work from home
