Are you a native Swedish speaker? Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?
This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or willing to relocate here soon!
You will have the chance to serve the Swedish speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.
What are the responsibilities of the Swedish Customer Service Agent - Work from Home role?
• Resolve issues through various support channels such as calls, emails or online chats
• Offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
• Provide a high level of customer service to the Swedish speaking clients at all times
• Delight customers and exceed their expectations
What are the qualifications for this Swedish Customer Service Agent - Work from home role?
• Native level in Swedish
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy
