NUMO Ierapetra, in Crete, is an adults-only seaside resort showcasing Ierapetra, a lesser-known part of southern Crete, through a modern lens. In a sun-drenched, beachfront location surrounded by evergreen gardens, we are a barefoot luxury resort with earthy design touches and upbeat vibes.

Main responsibilities
• Welcome of guests upon arrival and offer tour of the hotel
• Meet and satisfy guest needs and expectations
• Ensure that special guests, such as disabled, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services
• Effective communicate between guests and staff in all departments and ensuring that guests' problems are resolved
• Inform guests and promote the hotel's services and the various events organized
• Delegate tasks to the Guest Experience team and monitoring the progress of the work
• Check and analyze guest feedback from the hotel guest book and online reviews and writing responses
• Suggest ways to improve the guest reviews
• Suggest and promote of local tourist local spots for dining, shopping and attractions
• Develop friendly relationships with all hotel guests
• Evaluate the performance of the team and compile relevant reports
Main qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related studies
• Fluency in English language (oral and written). Knowledge of a second foreign language will be highly appreciated
• Excellent communication skills and ability to precisely understand the needs and requirements of guests
• Pleasant, courteous and friendly personality oriented towards customer service and satisfaction and effective management of customer complaints, with the aim of immediate problem resolution
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork and cooperation spirit
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations
