RESERVATIONS IN TRAVEL AGENCY:

We are looking for inspired and experienced Professionals to join our Reservations Team!

Reservations Job Description:

*Process and Confirm B2B and B2C Reservations via email and on web platforms.
*Create and Customize Travel Plan Itineraries.
*Enter Data on System of Reservations.
*Process and Curate the Reservations in collaboration with Operations.
*Collaborate with team members and suppliers reassuring excellency during execution of reservation.
*Manage last minute changes and updates.
*Manage calls from partners and clients and respond to any queries.
*Follow up with clients upon reservation completion.


Skills & Experience We Look for:

*Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in same/ relative position.
*Fluent English both spoken and written.
*Excellent Computer Literacy on MS Office.
*Excellent use of the Internet.
