NUMO Ierapetra is an adults-only seaside resort showcasing Ierapetra, a lesser-known part of southern Crete, through a modern lens. In a sun-drenched, beachfront location surrounded by evergreen gardens, we are a barefoot luxury resort with earthy design touches and upbeat vibes.

Main responsibilities
• Welcome guests by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Receive and execute orders in a professional way and providing information of the menus and their preparation
• Proper use of PDA
• Ensure all safety rules following the company's policy, quality standards and SOP’s
• Immediate and effective response to client’s requests or complaints
• Serve food and beverage orders according to the established sequence of service
• Excellent cooperation with the restaurant / bar team and all parts of the hotel
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience within a restaurant/bar
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of a second language would be an advantage
• Knowledge of preparing beverages (coffees, cocktails) will be an advantage
• Pleasant, polite and friendly personality, with an eager for development and growth
• Professional appearance and behavior aiming to provide high quality services
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit and cooperation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to understand guests needs and desires
• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations
